Shipping & Delivery Policy –
At M/s Techbooze, we prioritize efficient and reliable shipping processes to ensure the timely delivery of your orders. To achieve this, we collaborate with registered domestic courier companies and/or employ speed post services exclusively for shipping purposes.
Once an order is placed, we strive to ship it within 15 working days, adhering to the agreed-upon delivery date specified during the order confirmation. However, please note that the actual delivery timeframe is subject to the norms and regulations of the courier company or post office responsible for handling the shipment.
While M/s Techbooze takes full responsibility for handing over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of order and payment (or in accordance with the agreed delivery date), we cannot be held liable for any delays in delivery that may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. These delays may be attributed to the courier company’s operations or the efficiency of postal authorities.
It is important to emphasize that the delivery of all orders will be made exclusively to the registered address of the buyer, as provided during the credit/debit card/UPI/Net Banking transaction, unless an alternative address is explicitly specified at the time of placing the order.
Moreover, please be aware that M/s Techbooze cannot be held responsible for any damages sustained by the order during transit to the buyer. We understand the significance of protecting your purchase, and while we take necessary precautions to ensure safe packaging, any issues arising during the shipping process are beyond our direct control.
